Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent. Post-secondary education or degree in Information Technology-related field preferred.
- Experience and/or training in a Microsoft Windows Domain-based environment.
- Experience with troubleshooting Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office Suite required.
- Basic workstation and networking troubleshooting skills.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot problems encountered with computer hardware and software, basic LAN and WAN networks, and peripherals. Typical support requests include: password lockouts, printer setup and troubleshooting, network resource access, remote access, email setup and troubleshooting, and phone setup and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with IT Department for appropriate support and escalations.
- Accurately document service requests.
- Create and maintain support knowledgebase articles.
- Image and prepare laptops and desktops for users.
