Ciocca Automotive, a family-owned and nationally recognized dealer group with over 52 locations and 45 years of excellence, is actively hiring Sales BDC Agents (also known as Client Care Specialists) to join our award-winning Business Development Center (BDC) team!
Whether you’re new to the industry or a seasoned pro, we’ll provide all the training, tools, and support you need to succeed.
What You’ll Do:
- Respond to customer internet inquiries, phone calls, and chats promptly and professionally
- Set sales appointments and follow up with customers to confirm show times
- Maintain accurate notes in CRM (VinSolutions)
- Build rapport with customers to create a great first impression and increase appointment show rates
- Work closely with sales managers to coordinate appointments and track results
- Meet daily/weekly activity and appointment-setting goals
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous customer service, call center, or BDC experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Positive, professional, and goal-driven attitude
- Comfortable with phones, email, text, and online chat communication
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer/typing skills; CRM experience is a plus
