Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a service advisor
- High school diploma or higher education
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Assist Service Manager with all duties
- Account for all documents, process all paperwork, and compile required reports
- Ensure all shift work is completed prior to close: drop off work is pre-written and ready for business the following day
- Work to eliminate carry over jobs. Track and address reasons for incomplete work.
- Assist customers in servicing, repairing and explaining each service needed
- Explain service being performed and keep customer informed and updated throughout the service of their vehicle
- Maintain a service customer follow up system that supports repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction
- Maintain a high Customer Service Index (CSI) rating by handling customer complaints immediately and appropriately
