Job summary:
To enhance the Guest’s experience at Cinzia the Spa through 5-star service and respect for each other. Following the below guidelines will maintain the highest standard of excellence.Perform Massages and Body Treatments for Guests and handle all Guest interactions in a professional and courteous manner.
Summary of essential job functions:
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm professional manner.
- Escort guests to and from meditation lounge, locker facilities and outdoor garden sanctuary.
- Describe treatment procedure to guest prior to giving service.
- Perform all treatments in a consistent manner and according to protocol.
- Exceptional understanding of spa services, packages, product knowledge and announcing of special promotions.
- Ability to up sell guests on additional products and services.
- Maintain general cleanliness and organization of individual treatment rooms.
- Restock treatments room at completion of shift.
- Ensure guests expectations are exceeded each day.
Education and Experience:
- High school graduate or equivalent vocational training certificate.
- Current SC Massage Therapist License
- At least 1 year experience in a luxury spa, preferably within a luxury hotel.
