▶︎ Key Responsibilities
- Configure servers, PCs, networks, and telephony systems for clients
- Perform on-site installation of IT infrastructure (servers, network devices, telephony systems, etc.)
- Provide troubleshooting support both remotely and onsite
- Support system administration for servers, PCs, and network environments
- Document work records, installation details, and project activities
- Maintain troubleshooting logs and document solutions for future reference
- Report project status and issues to team leaders
- Conduct product research and analyze market trends
- Assist in preparing proposals and quotations for clients
- Manage vendors and subcontractors to ensure timely project delivery
▶︎Required Qualifications & Skills
- Hands-on experience with Server environments (Windows / Unix / Linux), Network devices (e.g., Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto), Virtualization technologies (VMware, Citrix, etc.)
- Knowledge of: LAN / WAN networking, IT security solutions for servers and endpoints
- Storage technologies
- Ability to perform onsite support and business travel as needed
- Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
Salary : $60,000 - $80,000
