Accountant - Japanese Bilingual

• Review and validate Accounts Payable (A/P), Accounts Receivable (A/R), and General Ledger (G/L) transactions before processing in SAP.
• Research and resolve accounting discrepancies while maintaining accurate financial records.
• Support month-end closing, financial reporting, and audit preparation.
• Process accounting transactions using SAP and related accounting systems.
• Maintain accounting documentation and ensure confidentiality of financial information.
• Participate in meetings, training sessions, and company initiatives as required.

• Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to identify discrepancies and resolve issues independently.
• High level of integrity when handling confidential financial information.
• Strong communication skills with internal teams and Japan headquarters.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a team environment.

• Associate Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Accounting preferred).
• 2–3 years of general accounting experience.
• Experience with:
  • Accounts Payable
  • Accounts Receivable
  • General Ledger
  • Payroll entries
  • Bank reconciliations
• Experience using SAP or ERP systems.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Business-level English communication.
• Business-level Japanese communication.
