Role Description
This is a full-time, Project Manager role based in Cincinnati, OH. The Project Manager will coordinate and oversee all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, communicating with clients and vendors, overseeing logistics, conducting inspections, and ensuring that all aspects of the project are completed with high-quality standards and within budget.
Qualifications
- Experience in Project Management, including planning, execution, and adherence to deadlines.
- Proficiency in Expediting and Logistics Management to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
- Hands-on experience with Inspection processes to maintain quality control and compliance.
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in construction and design/build project execution.
- Strong communication and organizational skills for effective collaboration with teams, clients, and subcontractors.
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on attention to detail.
