Job Description
Cintas is seeking a Data Analyst I. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Updating, maintaining and analyzing daily, weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reports
- Supporting internal customers and business leaders with any additional data requests
- Making suggestions to leaders on processes to improve results
- Assisting in problem resolution
- Involvement in change management for process improvement
Skills/Qualifications
Required
- 2 years' experience in reporting functions and/or business operations
- 2 years' experience in data analysis; implementing, administering and customizing reporting/metrics
- Skill set in data management, analytics, problem solving and business operations knowledge
- High levels of organization skills and management of multiple projects/tasks
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
- Valid driver's license
- High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree in Business or Information Technology, preferred
Preferred
- Experience with data extraction, data manipulation, data loading and cleansing and report development
