The Pay Range For This Role Is
85,000 - 90,000 USD per year(Pontiac, IL )

- 30% office & 70% shop floor. Supporting PCN, Testing and validating process improvements, working with operators on maintaining processes, preparing reports and process review documents
- Part of the ME group supporting production processes and process improvement initiatives
- Support daily operations in the manufacturing process
- Work with quality, operations, and design teams to validate new processes and process improvements.
- Years of experience: 8-10
- Degree requirement: Bachelor’s in engineering field preferred but will consider comparable experience. (8-10 years if no BA)
- Manufacturing and machining environment experience
- CNC programing and process development
- Experience with hone, OD/ID grinding, and centerless grinding
- Experience developing and maintaining automated cells.
