JOB TITLE: Industrial Engineer
LOCATION: Pontiac, IL
ON SITE/HYBRID/REMOTE: Onsite
SALARY: $35-39/hr

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Monitoring, reporting and developing key performance indicators (KPIs) dashboards on Microsoft Power BI related to manufacturing operations.
• Utilizing data analysis tools and software to generate reports and provide insights for
• decision-making.
• Optimizing demand forecasting reports for the schedulers using the Data analysis tool and ERP System to support strategic planning and production scheduling.
• Efficiently manage supply chain and logistics activities, including order processing, receipt, and shipment, ensuring accurate and timely delivery to meet customer demands.
• Participating in Sales and Operations Planning processes to align supply chain activities with business goals.
• Developing and maintaining Dashboard on Power BI such as Build reports, sales reports, demand tracking and variance dashboards.
• Developing and Managing the work done outside (WDO) by aligning the Production schedules and maintaining Platform as a Service (PaaS) Microsoft Power App.
• Developed, Manage and build Platform as a Service (PaaS) and Software as a Service (SaaS) using the Microsoft Platform that includes Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Power App, Microsoft Access, QAD MFG/PRO, Snowflake and other data analysis tools.
• Leveraged order scheduling and demand loading techniques to manage repetitive schedules in QAD MFG/PRO, enhancing production planning accuracy.
• Analyzing Data and evaluating logistics operations to identify areas for Continuous improvement.
• Launched and configured work orders using QAD MFG/PRO ensuring accurate setup and execution, which streamlined production processes and improved order accuracy
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's in engineering, plus 2-5 years of experience
REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS:
SQL, Snowflake, QAD MFG/PRO, Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Power Apps, Microsoft Lists, Microsoft Share Point, Microsoft Access, Virtual Basic Applications (VBA), Data Analysis Expressions (DAX), Microsoft Excel.
