Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Supply Chain Management Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimisation of SAP Supply Chain solutions across global business operations. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain processes and technologies, including Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Inventory Management, Logistics, and Warehouse Operations.

This role will partner with business leaders, programme teams, and technology stakeholders to define future-state supply chain capabilities, drive digital transformation initiatives, and ensure scalable, integrated SAP solutions that support business growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Strategy

•            Define and govern enterprise-wide SAP Supply Chain architecture aligned with business objectives.

•            Design end-to-end supply chain solutions across:

o            Demand Planning

o            Supply Planning

o            Procurement

o            Inventory Management

o            Production Planning

o            Warehouse Management

o            Transportation Management

o            Order Fulfilment

•            Develop SAP roadmaps supporting digital transformation and business growth initiatives.

•            Establish architecture standards, design principles, and governance frameworks.

SAP S/4HANA Transformation

•            Lead solution architecture for SAP S/4HANA implementations, conversions, and rollouts.

•            Drive fit-gap assessments and solution design workshops with business stakeholders.

•            Evaluate and recommend SAP best practices and industry-specific solutions.

•            Ensure alignment between business processes and SAP standard functionality.

Integration & Technology Leadership

•            Design integrations between SAP Supply Chain modules and enterprise systems.

•            Collaborate with enterprise architects, infrastructure teams, and application owners.

•            Ensure seamless integration across:

o            SAP MM

o            SAP PP

o            SAP EWM

o            SAP TM

o            SAP QM

o            SAP SD

o            SAP IBP

o            SAP Ariba

o            Third-party logistics and manufacturing systems

Stakeholder Engagement

•            Partner with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, and Operations leadership teams.

•            Translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions.

•            Present architecture recommendations to executive stakeholders and steering committees.

•            Mentor functional consultants and solution architects.

Governance & Delivery

•            Review functional and technical designs to ensure architectural compliance.

•            Identify risks, dependencies, and optimisation opportunities.

•            Support Programme planning, estimation, and solution quality assurance.

•            Ensure solutions meet performance, security, compliance, and scalability requirements.

Required Qualifications

Education

•            Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.

•            Master's degree preferred.

Experience

•            12 years of SAP implementation and consulting experience.

•            5 years of experience in Solution Architecture or Enterprise Architecture roles.

•            Multiple full lifecycle SAP implementations, including at least two SAP S/4HANA programmes.

•            Proven experience leading large-scale global transformation initiatives.

SAP Expertise

Strong hands-on and architectural experience in several of the following:

•            SAP S/4HANA

•            SAP MM (Materials Management)

•            SAP PP (Production Planning)

•            SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management)

•            SAP TM (Transportation Management)

•            SAP QM (Quality Management)

•            SAP SD (Sales & Distribution)

•            SAP Ariba

•            SAP BTP Integration Suite

Industry Experience

Experience in one or more of the following industries is highly desirable:

Preferred Qualifications

•            SAP Certified Application Associate or Professional Certifications.

•            Experience with cloud platforms including Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.

•            Knowledge of AI-enabled supply chain planning and predictive analytics solutions.
