Job Overview
We’re hiring enthusiastic and reliable Team Members to join our brand-new Cinnabon bakery at Franklin Park Mall in Toledo, OH!
As part of our opening team, you’ll help create the world-famous Cinnabon rolls and serve guests in a fun, fast-paced environment. We’re looking for people who enjoy working with others, have great customer service skills, and ideally have previous fast-food or quick-service experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve Cinnabon products according to company recipes and standards.
• Provide friendly, efficient service at the counter and drive-through customer satisfaction.
• Operate the POS register, handle cash/credit transactions accurately.
• Follow food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation procedures.
• Support your teammates and maintain a positive, team-focused work environment.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Prior food-service or retail experience preferred (Cinnabon or bakery experience is a plus).
• Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced setting.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Available to work Morning Shift, weekends, and holidays as needed.
