Part-Time | Independent Shift Role
Weekdays only 5:00am-2:30pm

Cinn-A-Brew is seeking a dependable, motivated team member who can confidently manage both coffee service and light baking/kitchen production.
This is a key role in our shop. We need someone who maintains high standards in service, cleanliness, and professionalism — even when working independently.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare consistent, high-quality espresso drinks
- Bake and prep pastries / light café items
- Maintain strict food safety and sanitation standards
- Keep front-of-house and kitchen areas clean and organized
- Engage guests warmly and professionally
- Upsell and help drive daily sales
- Open and/or close independently
Ideal Candidate:
- 18 years or older
- Café and/or kitchen experience preferred
- Culinary students or those pursuing culinary training are encouraged to apply
- Strong personal hygiene and professional appearance
- Self-motivated and dependable
- Takes pride in excellence and efficiency
- Must Clear background check
