Your Role
You will provide high-quality pest control services to a designated group of accounts within your assigned geographic area. Weekly meetings at the local office allow you to plan ahead and stock the supplies needed for the week. After ensuring your truck is in proper working order, you’ll follow an established route to complete our pest control process and, when needed, educate clients on proper sanitation and storage practices.

Job Specifics
- Enter and exit structures, crawl spaces, and attics
- Climb ladders, stairs, and work on or around structures
- Read, write reports, and comprehend pesticide labels and training materials in English
- Utilize OSHA-mandated personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Inspect for pests, harborage areas, and points of entry
- Operate application equipment, inspection tools, and small hand and power tools
- Work in a variety of environmental conditions, including seasonal weather, damp, and dusty locations
- Educate clients on sanitation and storage practices
- Schedule new accounts into established routes
- Advise clients on sanitation requirements as part of the pest control program
- Communicate with supervisors regarding sanitation and pest elimination
- Partner with quality control for training and problem resolution as needed

REQUIREMENTS
- High school education is required
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Valid driver's license 5 consecutive years
- Successfully meet pre-employment background screen and drug test
- Available to work Monday-Friday
- Attention to detail
- Physical ability to lift 25 pounds and navigate smaller spaces
- Self-starter who excels in self-directed enviornments
- Must have pest control experience (required)
