To drive HELOC originations by guiding members/borrowers through the application process, collecting and validating documentation, and proactively managing a pipeline to ensure timely, compliant progression to underwriting/decision. This role is highly Member-facing and is accountable for responsiveness, pipeline flow, and conversion of inquiries into funded HELOCs.

- Respond to inbound HELOC inquiries and provide product guidance.
- Assist borrowers with application completion and resolve issues.
- Proactively follow up on leads and stalled applications to maintain momentum.
- Own pipeline management: set borrower expectations, track progress, and ensure files are “decision-ready.”
- Collect and validate documentation (income, assets, property info, insurance).
- Perform preliminary qualification checks before underwriting submission.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth handoffs and compliance.
- Maintain accurate notes and borrower communication in the loan system.
- A high school education or equivalent
- 1-3 years of similar or related experience
- Have a familiarity with credit and income documents and common HELOC conditions
- Must be proficient in computer applications; possess good math skills; and possess a significant level of trust and diplomacy
