We have an immediate requirement for a Project Manager / Technical Program Manager for one of our Investment Banking clients in Newark, Delaware.
This role requires an onsite F2F interview, so only local candidates will be considered.

Summary:
Seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong investment banking domain expertise and proven experience leading large-scale technical programs. Must have deep exposure to end-to-end project lifecycle management and cross-functional stakeholder management in a regulated banking environment.
Key Skills / Responsibilities:
- 12 years of Technical Program / Project Management
- Strong Investment Banking experience
- Full project lifecycle management (SDLC, Agile/Waterfall)
- Drive delivery across multiple technology workstreams
- Manage timelines, risks, budgets, and governance
- Coordinate with business, technology, compliance, and operations teams
- Experience with regulatory/compliance-driven technology initiatives
- Excellent communication and executive reporting skills
- Experience working with JIRA/Confluence/MS Project
- Nice to Have:
- PMP / Agile certifications
- Experience with cloud or data platform modernization projects
- Interview:
