Cast Member

ROLE PURPOSE 

Your main role in this position will be a bathroom attendant.  You will be checking/cleaning the restrooms every 15 minutes, sweeping the lobby and hallways, changing the garbage cans, and checking the tickets for our guests.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

· Ensure service is timely, thorough, professional, and helpful 

· Maintain cleanliness of all areas, including but not limited to the box office, lobby, restrooms, hallways, auditoriums, and employee breakroom 

· Usher guests by checking tickets and directing them to the correct theater 

· Inform management of any guest issues or maintenance requests 

· Adhere to the company policies and procedures 

· Perform all assigned tasks, including but not limited to opening, mid-day, and closing procedures 

· Assist team members with cleaning the auditoriums, closing concessions procedures, and attending to guests in the main and side lobby areas 

· Assist all guest inquiries in person, including but not limited to describing movie synopses, navigating complaints, and recommending promotional items 

· Communicate any projection issues with the management team as they are reported to you 

· Enforce ratings to keep underage guests from accessing auditoriums with adult content  

· Attend all mandatory meetings and training 

· Other duties as assigned 

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS 

· Exceptional guest service, administrative, and follow-up skills 

· Standing, walking, lifting, twisting, traversing stairs, and bending frequently 

· Able to perform tasks with minimal supervision 

· Equally comfortable communicating and working with guests, peers, and supervisors 

· Availability to work during holidays, nights, and weekends
