We are looking for a reliable and experienced Maintenance Person to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the upkeep of our facility, ensuring that all areas are clean and in working order. This includes inspecting and repairing plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC systems, and other mechanical equipment. The ideal candidate should have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect and maintain building systems, such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
- Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and machinery.
- Repair or replace defective parts and components.
- Perform general carpentry work, such as painting, drywall repair, and minor construction projects.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with building systems.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities and materials used.
