CinemaTech is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse & Field Support Associate to join our operations team in Addison, Texas. This hands-on role supports daily warehouse functions—including fabrication, shipping and receiving, inventory control, and delivery coordination—as well as on-site product handling in high-end residential settings. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, a professional demeanor, and is comfortable working with tools and clients alike.
This is a full-time, hourly position with opportunities for advancement and skill development. Forklift certification is strongly preferred—but if you’re not certified, we’ll cover the cost of your training.

CinemaTech is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse & Field Support Associate to join our operations team in Addison, Texas. Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and document incoming materials and shipments
- Assist in fabricating and assembling acoustic ceiling panels and other products
- Load, unload, and organize materials and finished goods in the warehouse
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment (certification preferred; training available)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant warehouse environment
- Help prepare and execute product deliveries to client homes and job sites
- Professionally deliver, unload, and place products in luxury residential settings
- Drive company and rental vehicles for in-town and occasional out-of-town deliveries and installations
- Support project managers and operations staff in coordinating delivery timelines
- Participate in inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records
- Use hand and power tools as needed for light fabrication and assembly
- Follow safety procedures and participate in routine safety training
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to follow detailed instructions
- Able to lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
- Comfortable using hand and power tools; carpentry skills a plus
- Forklift experience or certification strongly preferred (company will pay for certification if needed)
- Professional and respectful demeanor—especially when working in client homes
- Clean driving record; CDL a plus but not required
- Willingness to travel for occasional overnight or out-of-town deliveries – average once every few months
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Available for early morning starts or occasional weekend work, depending on project needs
