Job Description:
As a Server at our movie theater, you’ll provide food and beverage service directly to guests in their seats while ensuring they enjoy a seamless, fun, and relaxing visit. You’ll combine hospitality with efficiency to make every guest feel like a VIP.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take and deliver accurate food & drink orders.
- Ensure prompt and efficient service during showtimes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues quickly.
- Follow all safety and food-handling guidelines.
- Work as part of a team with servers, bartenders, kitchen staff, and theater crew.
Qualifications:
- Previous serving experience preferred, but not required (we provide training!).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be 18
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
