We specialize in high-end cinema optics, managing rentals, sub-rentals, and servicing with a strong focus on reliability, precision, and client support.
We’re looking for a Rental Agent to manage rental orders from initial inquiry through return. This role sits at the center of daily operations and works closely with clients, technicians, and production teams to ensure every job runs smoothly.
- Communicate with clients regarding inquiries, availability, and quotes
- Prepare rental orders and ensure all documentation is complete
- Coordinate pickups, returns, and shipping logistics
- Check equipment in and out, maintaining accurate records in rental software
- Work with technicians to ensure gear is serviced and ready for upcoming rentals
- Maintain organized records of inventory, orders, and client accounts
- Assist with sub-rentals and coordinate with partner rental houses
- Support rental agents, cinematographers, ACs, and production teams on active jobs
- Experience in cinema equipment rental, production, or a related field preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple jobs and deadlines simultaneously
- Comfortable working with rental or inventory management software
- Knowledge of cinema lenses or production equipment
- Reliable, team-oriented, and detail-driven
