- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Generate new business via cold calling, networking, and referrals to consistently exceed monthly sales targets
- Analyze client needs and risk profiles to recommend and customize appropriate insurance products
- Process new applications, renewals, and endorsements while ensuring compliance with company underwriting guidelines.
- Build lasting relationships and provide high-quality service, resulting in high policy retention rates.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bilingual in Vietnamese is a must
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
