We are seeking a Marketing Assistant to join our growing team and support our Marketing and Sales Manager in promoting and expanding our women's formalwear brands, Ladivine and A&L (Andrea & Leo Couture). The ideal candidate is a motivated, detail-oriented individual who is passionate about fashion, marketing, and brand storytelling.
Job Description
As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in executing marketing and sales initiatives that enhance brand visibility and drive business growth. This role supports marketing operations, social media, wholesale relations, and brand activations across both Ladivine and A&L.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Marketing and Sales Manager in executing marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Assist in managing and scheduling social media content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.).
- Coordinate photoshoots, influencer collaborations, and brand events.
- Help organize assets for digital marketing, including email campaigns, lookbooks, and website updates.
- Monitor engagement metrics and assist with reporting on campaign performance.
- Support wholesale sales efforts — including order entry, line sheet preparation, and client communication.
- Assist in preparing materials for trade shows and market events.
- Maintain organized records of samples, media assets, and marketing collateral.
- Research trends, competitor activities, and influencer opportunities to support marketing strategy.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in design, production, and operations to ensure brand alignment.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in fashion marketing, social media, or sales support (internship experience accepted).
- Passionate about women’s fashion and brand storytelling.
- Strong understanding of social media trends and content creation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and familiar with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
- Basic knowledge of Shopify, Klaviyo, or similar marketing tools is a plus.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: $45,000 – $50,000 per year (DOE)
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday – Friday, 9:00 A.M. – 5:30 P.M.
