We are hiring a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead the design, development, and production release of new products and custom solutions. This is a high-impact role with significant new-platform work and extensive ownership across the full product lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full product cycles from concept development through tooling release.
- Design sheet metal and injection-molded plastic components.
- Develop mechanical solutions that integrate tightly with electronic assemblies.
- Drive accelerated project timelines and take full ownership of mechanical deliverables.
- Generate new 3D models and execute DFM, while also modifying and improving existing models.
- Create mechanical engineering specifications and develop multiple design concepts across the product line.
- Own both new product development and ongoing product maintenance activities.
- Produce and release 2D drawings; validate samples and finished products.
- Work hands-on with the design team to build, refine, and validate prototypes.
- Ensure all engineering work aligns with internal procedures, standards, and schedules.
- Create and maintain component documentation, validation reports, and Product Change Notifications.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional product outcomes.
Qualifications:
- BS in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
- 7 years of experience designing injection-molded, sheet metal, and machined parts.
- 7 years of mechanical design experience (ideally within SolidWorks).
- Strong knowledge of sheet metal fabrication, mold design, tooling, and production processes.
- Skilled at integrating electronic components into mechanical systems.

Salary : $100,000 - $130,000
