Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Public Relations Coordinator to join our team and help enhance our organization's public image and strengthen our communication strategies. In this role, you will play a vital part in crafting and disseminating our key messages to the public, managing media relations, and developing strategic communication plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement public relations strategies to enhance the organization’s image.
- Create and distribute press releases, media kits, and other promotional materials.
- Build and maintain relationships with media representatives and key stakeholders.
- Coordinate and organize press conferences, media events, and community outreach programs.
- Monitor media coverage and track public perception of the organization.
- Assist in the development of crisis communication plans and responses.
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Proven experience in public relations or corporate communications, ideally 2-3 years.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of media relations and experience in managing media inquiries.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and digital communication tools.
