Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and coordination of events from inception to completion
- Communicate with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary services and resources
- Help manage event budgets and track expenditures to ensure financial efficiency
- Support the creation and distribution of marketing materials related to events
- Prepare event materials, including signage, registration packets, and name tags
- Assist with on-site event setup, registration, and logistics during the event
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, event management, marketing, or related field
- Previous experience in event planning or coordination is preferred
