This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to budgets and timelines
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate all aspects of events from initial concept through completion.
- Establish and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
- Liaise with clients to understand their event objectives and tailor services accordingly.
- Negotiate contracts and coordinate with vendors, venues, and suppliers.
- Develop event schedules and timelines, ensuring all stakeholders adhere to deadlines.
- Oversee day-of-event operations to ensure smooth execution and handle any issues that arise.
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role, with a track record of successful event execution.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and vendors.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
