In this role, you will play a crucial part in the planning, coordination, and execution of a variety of events ranging from corporate meetings and conferences to social gatherings and community outreach programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and organization of events, ensuring all logistical details are handled efficiently.
- Coordinate communication with vendors, venues, and suppliers to secure necessary services and materials.
- Support the development and distribution of promotional materials and marketing campaigns for events.
- Manage event registration processes, including attendee tracking and data management.
- Provide on-site support during events to handle setup, registration, troubleshooting, and guest assistance.
- Maintain detailed records and documentation related to event planning and execution.
- A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in event management, hospitality, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
