Duties

• Safely operate ladders and equipment adhering to safety protocols reach gutters at various heights, including 2nd-story buildings.
• Clean gutters thoroughly by removing debris, leaves, and blockages to prevent water damage and ensure proper drainage.
• Deliver excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about work progress and addressing any questions or concerns professionally.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in home services, landscaping, roofing, or customer service roles highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to use ladders safely and effectively for extended periods.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols related to working at heights and outdoor environments.
• Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude toward teamwork and client interactions.
• Reliable transport, capable of fitting equipment such as 2 story ladders, and a leaf blower.
