Auto Mechanic

Position Overview:
Cincy Automall  Dealership is seeking a skilled and reliable Auto Mechanic to join our service team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of vehicles to ensure they meet safety and performance standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically skilled, and committed to delivering high-quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Inspect vehicles to identify mechanical, electrical, and technical issues

·       Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, brake repairs, tire replacements, and fluid checks

·       Diagnose and repair engine, transmission, suspension, and electrical system problems

·       Use diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately assess vehicle conditions

·       Perform vehicle safety inspections and ensure compliance with standards

·       Communicate repair needs and recommendations clearly to service advisors or management

·       Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and services performed

·       Ensure all work is completed efficiently and meets dealership quality standards

·       Keep work area clean, organized, and safe at all times

·       Stay updated on automotive technology, tools, and repair procedures

Qualifications:

·       Previous experience as an automotive technician or mechanic preferred

·       Strong knowledge of vehicle systems (engine, brakes, electrical, transmission, etc.)

·       Ability to use diagnostic tools and repair equipment

·        Strong problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills

·       Ability to work independently and as part of a team

·       Automotive certifications (ASE or equivalent) are a plus but not required
