We’re currently seeking a Veterinary Receptionist who is personable, highly organized, and passionate about animals. As the first friendly face our clients see, you’ll play a vital role in setting the tone for their visit and ensuring their experience is positive from start to finish.

Your Role Includes:
- Welcoming clients and their pets with warmth, professionalism, and a smile.
- Scheduling appointments and managing our daily calendar with precision.
- Answering phones and responding to emails with prompt, courteous communication.
- Handling payments, invoices, and maintaining accurate medical records.
- Keeping the reception area tidy, clean, and welcoming.
- Assisting veterinarians and technicians with administrative tasks.
- Educating pet owners about services, procedures, and wellness products.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a veterinary or animal care setting is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Multitasking abilities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with animal care terminology and medical records (a plus!).
- A deep love for animals and a desire to help both pets and their people.
Schedule:
- Full-Time | Monday–Friday
- Every other Saturday (8:00 AM–2:00 PM)
- Some holiday coverage required
