JOB QUALIFICATIONS Customer Service - Demonstrate characteristics of excellence in customer service. Follows CARES standards at all times. Responds to requests quickly and effectively. Understands customer needs and expectations and meets them. Communication - Effectively demonstrate communication skills related to conveying relevant information. Keep key leadership and schedulers informed of new requests and changes. Post required schedules to ensure customers have information. Problem Solving - Assist guests whenever possible, function as the first line of problem resolution, refer all requests which are beyond the scope of responsibility to management. Room Setup - Read and interpret function set up sheets and set up rooms accordingly. Set up banquet equipment; ensure cleanliness and maintenance of all banquet equipment. Organization - Keep work environment and equipment well organized and in good condition. Report broken equipment, lights to management.
