Aquatic Supervisor – Mason, OH

Job description: Cincinnati Pool Management started in 1998. We are a commercial swimming pool management, cleaning, repair, and lifeguarding company. We have experienced tremendous growth adding new pools almost weekly and are looking to expand the team. The Aquatics Supervisor will report directly to the General Manager. This job is full-time year-round and you will wear many different “hat’s”. You will operate as a Manager, Lifeguard Instructor, HR manager among other roles dependent on the time of year.

We believe strongly in training and development of our team. and are open to candidates of all experience levels. The only hard requirements are below:

1) Must be at least 18 years of age

2) Must have reliable working vehicle (we reimburse your mileage)

3) Must possess Valid US Driver’s License

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Swimming Pool Staff Supervision– Year-Round, the Aquatic Supervisor will work directly with the lifeguard team and company leadership.
• Documentation- Supervisor will complete daily and weekly documentation on each pool they oversee and will be turned in, in a timely manner.
• Safety- Will help oversee all in-service and safety checks to make sure all staff is up to date on required company training.
• Facilitate Company Training and Certifications– This involves the training of Pool Managers and Lifeguards to operate safe, clean, and environmentally friendly commercial swimming pools.
• Overseeing swimming pool operations– This includes training staff to chemically balance the aquatic facility's swimming pool, vacuuming the swimming pools, cleaning the pool tiles, cleaning of the facility decks, cleaning of the facility furniture, cleaning of the bathrooms, maintaining the pool's circulation system, and all other aspects of running the facilities.
• Customer Service– One of the most important aspects of the Pool Supervisor’s duties is the direct contact with our customers. The quality of service you provide to each aquatic facility is a direct reflection on you and the company.
• Human Resources– The Supervisor will assist in the recruiting of Managers, Lifeguards and other staff members as well as assist the Human Resources Director in ensuring all staff members that they oversee have completed all required paperwork and on-going training requirements.
• Inventory Management- Supervisors are required to keep track of all chemicals and safety products located at each facility. Supervisor will also make recommendations on when equipment needs to be repaired and/or replaced.
• Repair and Maintenance– Performing minor repairs at pool facilities (again we’ll teach you!)

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
