General Manager

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Oversee food preparation to ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
- Manage inventory, purchase food and supplies with a focus on quality and cost
- Handle customer complaints diplomatically
- Be hands-on in the Front and Back of House
- Organize staffing and coach team members
- Follow Food Safety and Cleanliness Guidelines

- Be able to work on your feet for several hours

Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
