The General Manager defines, strategizes and executes the vision and mission of the of the Company.
They lead the management team and crew by bringing each critical success factor into the company vision’s focus: “Travel Well. Eat Well. Be Well". They will oversee and manage the daily operations of the restaurant with a focus on customer service and employee satisfaction.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Oversees food preparation, ensuring compliance with health, safety and CFA standards.
- Manages inventory and purchase food and supplies with an eye on quality and cost
- Prepare and submit daily operational reports and other documentation as requested by leadership
- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a courteous and diplomatic manner
- Willing to be hands on in the Front and Back of House
- Organize and oversee staffing
- Coach team members
- Follow Food Safety and Cleanliness Guidelines
- Maintain Proper Quality Parameters
- Posses excellent organizational and time management skills
Physical Requirements:
- Bust be able to work quickly and efficiently
- Must be able to work on your feet for several hours at a time
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
