Position Summary and Purpose: Our Field Service Representatives enjoy working hands-on with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems that comprise our metal fabrication machines. Our field service positions are home based but require an individual who is accustomed to at least 75% travel. Representatives will provide customer and product service via preventative and corrective maintenance, installations, and upgrades, in accordance with policies, principles and procedures established by Cincinnati Incorporated. We offer our Field Service Representatives a company vehicle, paid training, and after the first year→ eligibility for our field service incentive program!

Physical demands: This position is very active and requires frequent standing, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing of ladders. Must be able to use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; must be able to lift a minimum of 75 lbs. frequently.

Duties and Responsibilities:
ESSENTIAL:
- Prioritize, schedule and complete machine service for customers including but not limited to installation and warranty
- Prepare and submit documentation for efficient invoicing
- Maintain company property for safe operation and maximum life
- Efficiently manage business expenses to maximize profitability
- Work effectively using the service scheduling software tools and/or service manager to service assigned customer base as well as other Cincinnati customers
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and assist in the establishment of the preventative maintenance schedules with customers and service coordinator
REQUIRED:
- Three or more years related industrial maintenance experience, including troubleshooting
- Two or more years troubleshooting experience with programmable logic circuits (PLCs)
- Associates or technical degree preferred
REQUIRED:
- Ability to work independently with little supervision
- Able to travel overnight at least 75%, at times with little prior notice
- Strong diagnostics and technical aptitude, including knowledge of AC & DC electrical, mechanical and hydraulics
- Superb customer service skills, with strong communication skills
