Role Description
In this full-time, on-site role located in Cincinnati, OH, the Teacher will deliver engaging and effective instruction aligned with curriculum standards. Responsibilities include creating and implementing lesson plans, assessing and evaluating student progress, and maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Teachers will collaborate with colleagues and actively participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practices and student outcomes. The role requires fostering communication with students, parents, and other stakeholders to support student success.
Qualifications
- Experience with Lesson Planning and curriculum development to deliver goal-oriented instruction.
- Strong knowledge and skills in Education and Teaching to support student learning and academic growth.
- Excellent Communication skills for effectively engaging with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Proficiency in Training and mentoring to build a nurturing and motivating classroom environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (required); state teaching certification (preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse student needs.
- Experience working within a K–12 setting or similar educational environment is highly valuable.
