Service Line Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary marketing relationship manager for multiple service lines and programs, building and maintaining strong client partnerships.
- Manage client expectations, proactively identify risks or issues, and escalate as appropriate.
- Communicate project status, performance, and results to clients and marketing leadership.
- Develop and execute annual integrated marketing plans and messaging strategies for divisions and service lines, with a focus on patient/family and subspecialist audiences.
- Partner with channel experts across paid, owned, and earned media to design and activate integrated plans.
- Lead marketing and communications teams in executing plan tactics, including digital marketing, content development, direct marketing, and advertising.
- Provide strategic marketing consultation to service lines to address business challenges and achieve goals.
- Collaborate with clients to define objectives and deliver proactive, solution‑oriented marketing and communications counsel.
- Identify marketing opportunities in partnership with paid, owned, and earned channel experts.
- Serve as marketing project manager, ensuring initiatives align with client expectations and are delivered on time and within budget
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
