Job Responsibilities
- Communication - Effectively demonstrate communication skills related to conveying relevant information. Develop and maintain efficient internal communication processes to support the activities of the department. Openly communicate across many departments regarding physical and/or material resources. Assemble and distribute material for project communications as necessary.
- Relationship Building - Maintain/manage strong working relationships with clients, colleagues, and other key stakeholders. Respond to requests quickly and effectively. Identify and understand user needs and expectations and meets them. Communicate any relevant information to clients, colleagues, and other key stakeholders.
- Education - Educate community physicians about various alignment mechanisms and support services. Maintain a shared multi-use contact database. Plan and attend special events and conferences to raise awareness for CCHMC programs and services related to local, state, and national policy and health reform changes.
- Project Management - Provide leadership on initiatives, projects, or programs. Collaborate with appropriate parties to plan, implement and evaluate services. May manage personnel related to specific projects.
- Knowledge Sharing - Demonstrate advanced competence in specific knowledge, skills and behaviors. Effectively communicate with team members and contribute to their growth by sharing knowledge, experience, and skills; stay abreast of changes in key systems; serve as an expert resource to the department, and hospital in specific area(s).
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 2 years of work experience in a related job discipline

- Annualized pay may vary based on FTE status $74,297.60 - $94,744.00
