JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The Advisory Network at Cincinnati Children’s, anchored by the Learning Community Platform (LCP), is a strategic initiative designed to expand access to the organization’s pediatric expertise on a global scale. Through a dual-delivery model—combining a digital platform for broad educational outreach and customized project-based engagements—the Advisory Network enables hospitals and healthcare providers to benefit from Cincinnati Children’s clinical knowledge, best practices, and skill development resources. The LCP offers personalized learning experiences, continuing education credits, and expert consultations, targeting both medical professionals and administrators. With strong market demand, a scalable business case, and robust risk mitigation strategies, the Advisory Network is positioned as a high-margin, non-core growth engine that leverages Cincinnati Children’s trusted brand and world-class talent to drive quality improvement, operational efficiency, and long-term partnerships across the healthcare sector.
Learning Community Platform (LCP)
Guide development and success of the LCP from concept to launch and beyond – includes features around professional network (e.g., digital connectivity), professional development (e.g., CME / CE), research & insights (e.g., articles, podcasts), collaboration (e.g., video chat), and education.
Drive LCP development KPIs (e.g., time to market, roadmap execution, product quality), in addition to user adoption, engagement and satisfaction metrics, client and end user retention and churn rates
Manages business performance metrics driven from LCP (e.g., revenue, margin, average revenue per client, Annual / Monthly Recurring Revenue)
Partnerships and Collaboration
Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and business teams to ensure the product aligns with the Global Advisory mission and rapidly evolving market needs.
Serve as both a strategic leader and hands-on contributor, guiding the partners while actively participating in day-to-day execution to drive results.
Product Management
Develops and articulate a compelling product vision and strategy based on market insights, client feedback, and emerging trends
Owns the full product lifecycle, from ideation and validation through development, launch, and ongoing iteration
Conducts market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, pain points, and product-market fit
Builds & manages product roadmap, prioritizing features & improvements based on business goals and user needs
Collaborates with engineering, design, and marketing teams to define requirements and user stories
Balances technical constraints, business objectives, and user experience to deliver innovative, high-impact solutions
Performance Management
Defines and tracks KPIs to measure product success and identify areas for improvement
Collaborates with IS and other stakeholders to create and maintain dashboard for performance tracking
Regularly reports on Community performance and opportunities to senior leaderships
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field is required (advanced degree preferred)
5 years of product management experience – 2 years in a startup
Experience working with cross-functional teams in an agile setting
Experience managing learning platforms preferred
UNIQUE SKILLS
Demonstrated ability to launch successful products and iterate based on user and market feedback
Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Aha!, Miro) and data analysis platforms
Understanding of UX/UI design principles and experience working with design teams
