Position Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for expanding into pain management services. This role will involve assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with pain-related conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Assessment and Care:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Perform physical examinations, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and provide appropriate treatment plans.
- Collaborate with patients to develop wellness programs, including lifestyle modification, nutrition counseling, and exercise recommendations.
- Educate patients on preventive health measures and the importance of a balanced lifestyle in managing pain and overall health.
- Patient Education and Support:
- Educate patients and their families about treatment options, wellness strategies, and aesthetic procedures.
- Provide ongoing support and follow-up to ensure effective care.
- Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and treatment plans.
- Documentation and Compliance:
- Maintain accurate and thorough patient records in accordance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Nursing and a current Nurse Practitioner (NP) license.
- Unrestricted DEA, required.
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and their families.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
