B Shift: 5:00pm-3:30am Monday-Thurday
Hourly rate for this position: $26.54 for the first 90 days and $27.69 thereafter

POSITION SUMMARY
This position is responsible for operating material handling equipment to receive, store and transport raw materials and finished goods into, and throughout the production facility. This role is responsible for performing electronic inventory transactions using the business ERP system.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Safely off load inbound materials from delivery trucks
- Safely put away product in storage locations as required using SAP.
- Load customer orders onto outbound trucks
- Accurately issue goods material to production using SAP as required.
- 5S the logistics areas as required.
- Work with different material handling equipment. E.g., Forklift, pallet jack, etc.
- Work in accordance with production schedules and communicated priorities.
- Responsible for safe handling of material unloading, storage and material movements activities.
- Work within a computer guided inventory system
- Basic receiving under the direction of an LSA.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
- Performing all related tasks as assigned by Management.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED
- Minimum High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Forklift Driving Certification, material handling, and OSHA courses or training.
- Team player who is reliable, eager to learn, train and rotate through the various operations.
- Strong dedication to team member morale, customer service, safety, quality, and delivery
- Ability to multitask.
- Experience operating a forklift and other material handling equipment.
- Previous work in a manufacturing shipping and receiving environment.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- The ability to lift heavy weights (up to 50 lbs.) for short periods of time.
- The ability to stand for long periods of time (up to 12 hours)
- Strong communication skills
Compensation:
Hourly rate for this position: $26.54 for the first 90 days and $27.69 thereafter
Cimpress/Vista is committed to transparent and competitive compensation. In alignment with our compensation philosophy, the target hiring range is based on total cash compensation across our multiple U.S. pay zones. The actual salary offered will depend on factors such as location, education, training, and experience. Cimpress/Vista offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, wealth and wellness programs, as well as long-term equity incentives, subject to eligibility.
