Urology Associates, P.C. - Nashville, TN, is looking for a candidate with at least two years of experience in a Clinical Research Department setting to join our robust Clinical Research Department within our private urology clinic as the Clinical Research Department Manager. This is NOT a remote position. All candidates must be able to report to work in person for this job.
This position is responsible for general oversight of the entire Department, including staff oversight/interviewing/hiring/training, budgeting and contracting oversight, SOP enforcement and updates, hosting SIVs, monitor interactions, compliance oversight, etc. There may also be a need, as back-up on studies, to engage with research subjects, explain what is expected of them, and understand their concerns, requiring excellent interpersonal and communicative skills and clinical skills such as venipuncture, specimen collection, and data entry into EHRs and other systems.
