Responsibilities
- Sales & Business Development: Identify, qualify, and close new opportunities.
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong client connections.
- Project Support: Assist in system design, pricing, and internal reviews.
- Pipeline Management: Keep sales opportunities moving forward.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate resources and participate in team meetings.
- Market Insight: Share trends and customer feedback to guide strategy.
- Reporting: Provide accurate forecasts and updates.
- Industry Engagement: Represent the company at events and expos.
Qualifications
- 5–10 years in industrial refrigeration, engineering, or technical sales
- Experience with ammonia, CO₂ systems, heat pumps, and recovery tech
- Strong design and drawing interpretation skills
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Certifications like PE, PMP, or Refrigeration Certificate are a plus
