Key Duties
- Manage candidate flow and all aspects of the recruiting process (sourcing and qualifying candidates, salary negotiation, offer letters, relocation, etc.).
- Work with hiring managers to understand job competencies and recruiting requirements for open positions.
- Conduct pre-screening interviews, arrange interviews with hiring managers, and coordinate offers with hiring managers.
- Assist Talent Acquisition Manager with writing requisitions and advertising job opportunities as needed.
Required Skills, Experience, and Education:
- Due to facility security requirements, only U.S. citizens or permanent residents are eligible for consideration at this time.
- 1 or more years of recruiting experience including, but not limited to: sourcing, pre-screening, assessing, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
- Experience with social media networking sites and recruiting tools.
- In-depth experience writing and utilizing Boolean search strings.
- Strong attention to detail and experience writing/posting requisitions.
- Experience and willingness to cold-call candidates as needed.
- Experience recruiting candidates in technology-related positions within the defense and/or aerospace industry.
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, time management, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
- High degree of integrity and ability to work with confidential information.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related area, or Bachelor's Degree in a technical field of study such as Computer Science or Engineering.
- Familiarity with artificial intelligence (AI) concepts and tools, with the ability to use AI-driven solutions (e.g., generative AI platforms) to support day-to-day tasks and improve efficiency.
