In this position, you will join the C2BMC Test Facility Transformation Team and be instrumental in rapid strategic planning, execution, and closure of critical transformation efforts. Key Duties
- Support the Transformation Team through the full lifecycle of transformation efforts, including upfront planning, execution, and closure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment across integrated tasks.
- Support information technology and infrastructure-oriented transformation assignments in support of missile defense C2BMC integration and testing.
- Lead planning, cost estimation, and proposal development activities in support of transformation efforts.
- Manage integrated schedules, risks, requirements, design, procurement, and scope throughout the transformation lifecycle.
- Oversee technical execution, issue resolution, stakeholder management, monitoring and control, verification, and closeout activities.
- Develop, deliver, and brief weekly presentations to the Government Director and brief stakeholders at key review milestones.
- Coordinate and conduct status updates with the System Engineering Technical Advisor and key stakeholders.
- Communicate complex initiatives clearly and effectively between internal teams, external stakeholders, and the Government Director.
- Provide Integrated Product Team (IPT) leadership throughout the transformation effort cycle.
- Coordinate and manage development and implementation activities across multiple internal and external organizations.
- Set and manage transformation expectations with team members and stakeholders, proactively identifying and resolving issues and conflicts.
- Identify and manage transformation dependencies and critical path, tracking milestones and deliverables throughout the effort.
- Conduct earned value management and develop progress reports, proposals, budgetary estimates, requirements documentation, and presentations.
- Proactively manage scope changes, identify potential risks, and develop contingency plans.
- Define transformation success criteria and communicate them to all involved parties throughout the effort.
- Build and maintain business relationships vital to the success of the transformation team and its efforts.
Required Skills, Experience, and Education :
- Due to facility security requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible for consideration at this time.
- Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance in a reasonable timeframe.

- Ability to complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening, which will include but is not limited to testing for marijuana use.
- 8 or more years of general, full-time work experience.
- May be reduced with the completion of an advanced education.
- 5 or more years of directly related experience.
- Proven track record of effective collaboration, teaming, and communication with peers, management, and stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to develop and deliver clear and compelling briefings to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Demonstrated history of proactively achieving organizational goals and objectives in a results-driven environment.
- Proven ability to operate effectively in a challenging and dynamic work environment while maintaining focus and delivering quality results.
- Demonstrated ability to develop, manage, and lead high-performing teams through strong communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency with the MS Office applications, including Project and Visio.
- Experience with project management processes and tools supporting requirements, design, implementation, and closeout to successfully manage several (8 ) efforts simultaneously using industry-accepted project management principles.
- Experience planning for, identifying, and managing project risks.
- Experience with strategic and theater missile defense weapon systems, sensor systems, DoD communications systems, and C2BMC communication environments.
- Control Account Manager (CAM) experience.
- Active Project Management Institute (PMI) certification.
