Cimarron is seeking a Business Intelligence Automation Specialist to support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract at either the Redstone Arsenal in the Huntsville, AL area or Schriever Space Force Base in the Colorado Springs area.

Key Duties
- Design, develop, and maintain automated reporting solutions using Microsoft Power Automate.
- Streamline our reporting processes by creating automated workflows that publish reports to various dashboards, ensuring stakeholders receive timely and accurate business intelligence.
Required Skills, Experience, and Education :
- Due to facility security requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible for consideration at the time.
- This position requires access to federal facilities. Candidates must possess a valid, unexpired Real ID-compliant driver's license or state-issued identification card at the time of hire. - Ability to complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening, which will include but is not limited to testing for marijuana use.
- Active Secret Clearance (or higher).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power Automate (formerly Microsoft Flow).
- Experience with Power BI, including report creation and dashboard management.
- Knowledge of data connections and API integrations.
- Familiarity with SharePoint Online and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
- Understanding of data formats, including Excel, CSV, JSON, and XML.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and data querying.
- Demonstrated experience creating and managing automated workflows.
- Experience with report development and dashboard creation.
- Work experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools.
- 14 or more years of general, full-time work experience.
- 7 or more years of directly related experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or process automation.
- 1 or more year of experience in a management or leadership role.
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications (Power Automate, Power BI).
- Experience with additional BI tools such as Tableau or Qlik.
- Knowledge of Azure services and cloud-based data solutions.
- Experience with Python, R, or other data analysis programming languages.
- Project management experience.
- Professional background in business analysis or data science.
