What You'll Do:
- Provide friendly, efficient meal service to residents in a warm, home-like dining environment
- Duties include taking meal orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring proper portion control
- Assist residents with special dietary needs, foster positive interactions, and support a welcoming atmosphere that enhances residents' overall dining experience
- Assist with basic food preparation, portioning, plating, and meal assembly according to the daily menu
- Follow all safe food handling practices, including proper hygiene, temperature control, and prevention of cross-contamination
- Operate the dishwasher and properly clean, store, and inventory dishware and kitchen supplies
- Maintain clean, sanitized dining and kitchen areas, including trash disposal and recycling
What You'll Need:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High School education/GED or previous work experience
- Experience in working in food service (preferred)
