CIMA Financial Regulation Consultants, LLC is a premier service provider of domestic and international consulting services focused on securities and banking regulation compliance.

The Client Onboarding Specialist will provide support to clients in the onboarding of new banking clients and account opening procedures. Responsibilities will include data entry, paperwork processing, background checks on prospective clients and corresponding and coordinating with clients and account custodians. Will also provide administrative support to CIMA Consultants through a variety of tasks related to documentation and client service.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in Finance, business or similar).

· Experience working for a corporation or experience working in finance field preferably.

. Experience with AML regulations and procesess.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.

· Bilingual is highly preferred. English is a requirement and Spanish and Portuguese would be preferable. Especially the ability to read and understand in both languages.

· Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat Pro).

· Must be client oriented and very detail oriented.

· Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude.

Pay: Up to $60,000.00 per year
