Wealth Advisor – Private Banking
We are hiring for a Private Bank Wealth Advisor III who serves as the primary client relationship manager, responsible for developing, delivering, and managing high-net-worth clients’ Wealth Plans.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with existing and new clients, coordinating with specialists to implement the client’s Wealth Plan, with a strong focus on capturing assets under management, loans, and deposits.
- Self-acquire new business by being active and well-connected in the community and with external centers of influence.
- Provide exceptional client service to retain and grow client relationships.
- Collaborate with colleagues across business segments to deepen client engagement.
- Manage client relationships of moderate to high complexity.
- Maintain knowledge of and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of 5 years of wealth management, financial advisory, sales, or relationship management experience in banking, investment management, or insurance products and services for high or ultra-high-net-worth clients.
- Note: This position may be considered a Mortgage Loan Originator under the SAFE Act and a Loan Originator under the Truth in Lending Act. If applicable, registration and additional qualifications are required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Securities and life insurance licenses.
- Demonstrated success working with high-net-worth clients.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong ability to multi-task and manage priorities.
